Our mission is to keep you safe and informed. At Red Level Group (the company that operates the Red level Web app, the ClearPass mobile app, and, our stance is that we will only use your data for the limited purposes described in this privacy policy. We do not and will not serve advertisements. 

This privacy policy describes our privacy practices in connection with the ClearPass app. 

About our COVID-19 ClearPass features: 

We have created ClearPass to help contain the spread of COVID-19 and prevent flare-ups after the peak. 

Our mission is to keep users safe and informed without compromising their control of their personal information.  

We will never sell your personal information to third parties or proactively share your personal information with the government without your consent.  

We may need to modify our privacy practices to comply with legal requirements, such as court orders or subpoenas. 

Our principles for protecting your data 

We only record the information we need to provide our services. Only information needed to provide our services will be collected. Results of the information collected in our health evaluation will determine access permissions to your designated locations. Information chosen in the application configuration settings will be shared with the your (Employer) designated individual(s). 

ClearPass does not store the individual answers provided in the Self Declaration Form. To maintain privacy standards, individual responses will not be shared, only the results of the permission granted will be shared with the employer in the form of “Cleared” or “Not Cleared” The Self Declaration Form evaluation results are stored as Cleared / Not Cleared with no visibility to the individual responses. Red Level ClearPass Web App connects securely to the data in an isolated environment only for the purpose of surfacing information that in the App reports to you.   

We take the task of protecting your data seriously. Data is only accessed by the application, Red Level will never access the data, unless technical assistance is requested by you.    

Our service is designed to screen your users by evaluating access to the premises based on the results of a health screening. The results of the evaluation arei s sshared directly with you, the employer, to help employees take proper measures to prevent the spread of the virus while maintaining a socially distanced workplace. We only provide our service in the United States, so we apply U.S. law to our privacy practices. 

Your data  

Data collected includes your first and last name, email address and phone number for the purpose of setting up and validating your account. Red Level reserves the right to monitor any abuse of the platform. 

How we protect your data 

While we can’t guarantee that data transmission over the internet is completely secure, Red Level does use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration and destruction of personal information we maintain. We encrypt any communication and connection we have to your database. If a situation arises regarding your data, we are required to notify you and may do so by email or telephone to the extent permitted by law. 

Choices you have regarding your data 

You can make the following choices regarding your personal information: 

Application. You can stop all access to information by the app by deactivating the connection to your database.  

Access or correct your information. You may request to review and update the information we maintain about you by submitting a request to: 

Marketing Material: You have the choice of opting out of unsolicited marketing emails by following opt out instructions at the bottom of the email. Note that opting out of marketing emails does not opt out of emails pertaining to important information or responses to technical assistance.  


ClearPass does not collect data that would indicate a user’s age.  It is the employer’s responsibility to verify that information. Red Level does not permit those under 18 to use the service. In the event users under the age of 18 are required by the employer, It is the expectation that the employer documents and collects the expressed written consent of the minor’s parent or guardian that will be utilizing the app.

Notice to California users 

We are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) to provide to California residents an explanation of how we collect, use and share their personal Information, and of the rights and choices we offer California residents regarding our handling of their personal information. Red Level follows the recommendations of the CCPA, Definitions are available here:  

This notice and the privacy right’s it describe’s do not apply to information related to our business contacts, job applicants, or employees.  

The CCPA grants California residents the following rights:   

Information. Information about how we have collected, used, and shared your personal information during the past 12 months can be requested by via mail or email. You can request a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you.  

Deletion. You can ask us to delete the personal information that we maintain about you. 

Please note that the CCPA limits these rights by, for example, prohibiting us from providing certain information we maintain for compliance in response to an access request and limiting the circumstances in which we must comply with a deletion request. If we deny your request, we will communicate our decision to you.   

You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination, as prohibited by the CCPA.

Identity verification. We will need to confirm your identity and California residency to process your requests to exercise your information, access or deletion rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.  

Authorized agents.  California residents can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on their behalf.  We will require the authorized agent to have a written authorization confirming that authority. 

Privacy Policy updates 

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision. We will notify you of any material changes in its collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information by posting a notice on the Red Level Group website and within the ClearPass application.
